How a return becomes a resale

The planned pilot journey. Retailer, payment and shipping services are not connected yet.

Click the Riibuy link in your order email

The planned retailer connection imports the purchased product, size, price paid and delivery date from your original order — no blank form.

STEP 02

See your resale value before listing

The listing flow will show your expected payout and any retailer voucher before you commit. Fees and voucher terms are not yet finalised.

STEP 03

Another member buys it, you ship direct

The pilot will offer prepaid carrier labels and tracked delivery. If unsold three days before your return deadline, the item switches back to the retailer’s normal return process.

STEP 04

Get paid, plus a retailer voucher

Planned payout: 48 hours after tracked delivery unless the buyer raises a dispute, handled by a licensed payment provider. The original retailer issues any agreed voucher.
